Weekly Update from The Finishing Touch

Beginning a new project is equal to beginning a new season and we have a great variety of  projects and ideas to share with you this week.

Little Virtue Sheep “Friendship” is the latest in a series of sheep designs perfectly sized for small holiday gifts.  Each sheep has a simple message such as “courage” – “love” – “wisdom.”  Check out our model.

In addition to Virtue Sheep, Little House Needleworks has Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater.  Cutest little bunny and oversized pumpkin make this design a must.  From Country Cottage, #11 of 12 in the Santa’s Village Series.  The Elves Workshop is attended by the cutest elf ever and embellished with a wreath button for the door.  We have all the village houses stitched for you to see.

Not all is Christmas today.  New pillows from Pine Mountain include “If The Shoe Fits,”  “Autumn Typography,” and “Be Ye Thankful.”

We have Prim Atmosphere from The Primitive Hare.  This darling little book contains numerous small projects for holidays and daily stitching, along with finishing ideas.

The annual Santa from Heart In Hand features a red-nose reindeer accompanied by a “skinny” Santa.  Very cute.   Keeping with the skinny theme, Cecilia has  “ Here’s The Skinny on Christmas.”    The designs included in this leaflet could also be used individually.

Happy Stitching!

P.S. For those of you who have joined Plum Street Sampler’s free Mary’s Sampler project, we do have the 32 & 36 ct. Examplar fabric and the Gentle Art and Weeks fibers.

If you are not aware of  this project, just go to: www.plumstreetsamplerstypepad.com for details
